Designed as a morning movement routine, this "fundamentals" class will guide you through basic yoga postures and movement patterns that increase the body"s mobility, flexibility and range of motion. Yoga's fundamental breathing techniques will help you de-stress and loosen up as you work your way through seated, standing and balancing poses to wake up, stretch and get your body moving.
