Classes

Pilates Mat CAD$20 per class

Whether you are a Pilates beginner or expert, Pilates Mat exercises use the principles of core strength, breathing and muscular integration to improve your posture and increase strength. This class incorporates the use of props including small balls, stretch bands, fitness circles and foam rollers.

Yoga Fundamentals CAD$20 per class

Designed as a morning movement routine, this "fundamentals" class will guide you through basic yoga postures and movement patterns that increase the body"s mobility, flexibility and range of motion. Yoga's fundamental breathing techniques will help you de-stress and loosen up as you work your way through seated, standing and balancing poses to wake up, stretch and get your body moving.

Stability Ball CAD$20 per class

Using the Stability Balls, this 30 minute class will engage your core muscles (abs and back) while simultaneously targeting other muscle groups.

BodySculpt CAD$20 per class

  • Experience a multi-level full body workout that targets all of the major muscle groups. This workout is designed to contain challenging exercises that will increase strength, decrease body fat and improve overall conditioning.

Dynamic Stretch CAD$20 per class

A movement based stretch class which incorporates elements of Pilates and Yoga.

Curling, Golf & Tennis Conditioning CAD$20 per class

This workout will focus on hip thoracic and shoulder mobility with a big emphasis on rotational movements, balance, core stabilization, core strength, generating power with the legs and glute activiation.

Dynamic Stretch Co-Ed CAD$20 per class

Pilates Mat For Women Only CAD$20 per class

The intent of this class is to strengthen the muscles of the pelvic floor which thin and weaken through the natural aging process.

Barre CAD$20 per class

This is a hybrid workout which combines ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, Yoga and Strength Conditioning. Most classes incorporate use of the ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside with static stretches. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements.

ELDOA CAD$20 per class

The ELDOA Method is an innovative series of specific postures aimed at relieving joint pressure and increasing blood flow around particular joints or spinal segments. These classes are not formula based rather they are designed to follow proper progressions and order of technique to ensure quality. Each class will vary depending on the participants needs. There will be intentional goal setting for each class to continually challenge each individual.

This class is a blend of Dynamic Stretch, Pilates, Yoga and ELDOA with each discipline focusing on stretching and strengthening through movement.

  • Start your day off with this morning movement routine of basic postures and movement patterns to increase the body’s mobility and flexibility. Develop breathing techniques to enhance relaxation throughout standing, seated and balancing poses.

Power Hour is a fun full body fitness class. Each class focuses on cardio and strength in a circuit training format. All levels are welcome!

Fascial Stretch CAD$20 per class

Fascial stretching creates circulation, blood flow, oxygenation in the body. We need these to help melt the hard and stagnant plasticky fascia, the tissues that get hard over time. Eventually with a consistent stretching practice, the tissues will soften and become more elastic, hydrated, and transport energy and fluids more efficiently. Everything begins to work better.

H.I.I.T. Zone CAD$20 per class

HIIT Zone combines 30 minutes of moderate/high intensity cardio training and weights which strengthens, conditions, tones and defines muscles providing the ultimate training workout followed by a 10 minute stretch. You will leave feeling accomplished, energized and strong!

Yoga CAD$20 per class

A full body practice with emphasis on alignment, body awareness and precision of movement to improve the building blocks of your yoga practice.

PilatesSculpt

Pilates in nature by focusing on core strength and stabilization with a bonus emphasis on building the full body lean tissue (muscular) strength.

Golf Season Mobility Stretch CAD$20 per class

Mobility and Flexibility are integral components to the biomechanics of the golf swing. This class will focus on shoulder, thoracic spine and hip static and dynamic stretches.

EmpowerLift CAD$40 per class

Discover the power of strength and functional training with EmpowerLift. Specifically for women, this 6-week program seamlessly blends targeted strength exercises with functional movements that mirror real-life activities. From improving lean muscle, core strength, functional movement patterns and more, the goal of this program is to improve the body’s ability to move through everyday life.

This is high energy workout will help to build stamina, improve coordination and basic strength while having fun! The kids will rotate through stations targeting different muscle groups, then gather together for a cardio kickboxing component.
